Exterior Painting

In 2025, my crew and I painted this exterior near Anthem, covering the body, fascia, pop-outs, and doors.

See the Process

Stucco home with tiled roofs, decorative eaves, windows, and a dark open doorway, viewed from a landscaped courtyard. A ladder leans against the house, suggesting exterior maintenance or painting in progress. Gravel beds, desert plants, concrete walkways, and a metal gate surround the home beneath a bright blue sky with scattered clouds, creating a calm, sunlit atmosphere. No people or text are visible.

Touchups the body

Touching up Fascia

Worker kneeling beside painting equipment and supplies outside an open two-car garage, with a stucco home, roof eaves, desert landscaping, neighboring homes, and a clear blue sky in the background. The garage number 7 is visible on the wall, and the scene has an active, practical worksite atmosphere.

Cabinet Refinishing

This was a cabinet project for a satisfied homeowner we'd previously painted the house for a few years ago.

Cabinet refinishing after
Unpainted wooden cabinet doors and drawer fronts with visible sanding marks are gathered on a tiled floor and leaned against a white wall during cabinet refinishing; the quiet work area has a practical, in-progress feel.

Commercial Painting

This restaurant needed its existing design covered and refreshed. We repainted the wall panels and benches, along with the AC ducts throughout the space, to give it a clean, finished look.

See the Process

Restaurant interior prepared for painting, with walls and service counters covered in protective plastic and the floor fully draped. Exposed drywall is visible in the foreground, while a worker stands near a ladder beneath purple ventilation ducts and pendant lights. The space feels orderly and ready for renovation; no readable text is visible.

Applying 2 coats of primer

Restaurant interior being prepared for painting, with white paneled walls, dark exposed ceiling ducts, work lights, ladders, and equipment throughout the space. Counters and the floor are covered with protective plastic, and a worker sits at the right edge of the scene. The renovation area feels busy but orderly; no readable text is visible.

Painting in progress

Two painters work from a blue Genie GS-1930 lift, applying paint to white paneled restaurant walls. Plastic sheeting covers counters and equipment in the foreground, while dark exposed ducts, pendant lights, and work lights fill the ceiling above. The busy renovation scene feels focused and orderly; the visible equipment reads Genie GS-1930, with no other readable text.

Second coat of painting

Restaurant interior prepared for painting, with counters, equipment, and the floor covered in protective plastic. A green step ladder, paint supplies, buckets, and tools stand in the foreground beneath exposed ceiling ducts and pendant lights. The bright, spacious work area appears orderly and ready for renovation; faint projected text is visible on the rear windows but is not legible.

Giving the restaurant life

Dark-painted restaurant wall panels and bench surfaces beside black door or window trim. Plastic sheeting protects the nearby floor and window during the work, while a wood-paneled area is visible at the right. The renovation setting appears careful and orderly; no readable text is visible.

Painting the benches

Restaurant entrance with a dark framed glass door and adjacent windows masked with brown protective paper and blue painters tape during painting preparation. A drop cloth covers the sidewalk at the base of the entrance, creating a neat, work-focused renovation scene. Partially visible text on the paper includes PUBLIC and BUSINESS HOURS, but the remaining wording is obscured.

Painting the front door

Freshly painted pale beige restaurant wall beside large windows covered with blue-tinted protective plastic. Drop cloths cover the floor, and a paint bucket and covered fixtures remain along the work area, showing the space near the end of a careful renovation. The warm, orderly scene feels clean and calm; faint text appears through the window covering but is not readable.
